1. Who We Are
AIIPO is an AI-based intellectual property management platform operated by Eneit Solutions LLC, Dallas, Texas, United States ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our websites and platform.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and contact information — name, work email, company, and role, provided when you request a demo, contact us, or create an account.
- Platform content — invention disclosures, drafts, documents, and attachments you upload to the platform or send through our contact form.
- Usage information — log data, device and browser information, and interactions with our services, used to operate and improve the platform.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and secure the AIIPO platform and respond to your requests.
- To communicate with you about demos, support, and service updates.
- To improve our services using anonymized and aggregated usage data.
We never sell your personal information. Your raw IP content is never shared with third parties for their own purposes and is never used to train public or shared AI models.
4. Confidentiality of IP Content
Content you submit to the platform — including invention disclosures and draft applications — is treated as confidential. It is stored in an isolated tenant, encrypted at rest and in transit, and accessible only under role-based access controls with full audit logging.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as cloud hosting), when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction with notice to you.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. Platform content is retained according to your subscription agreement and deleted or returned upon termination as agreed.
7. Security
We apply a security-by-design approach: tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but protecting client IP is our foundational design requirement.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact legal@aiipo.com.
9. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. Where information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Questions: Eneit Solutions LLC, Dallas, Texas · legal@aiipo.com.
